Enoki come in a range of colours and flavours. In traditional cuisine, Golden Enoki are cooked lightly and served in soups or sautéed with vegetables and meat. Enoki are also often served raw in salads and sandwiches. The flavour of the Golden Enoki is described as sweet and fruity.
These mushrooms are only available at our farmers’ market stalls and cannot be ordered for delivery in small amounts (we do combine mushrooms to meet minimum delivery weights).
