All mushrooms are grown at our family’s urban farm just South of Perth and harvested fresh the morning before market.Our gourmet mushrooms are only available for purchase at our farmers’ market stalls every Saturday and Sunday. During the Summer, small scale mushroom cultivation can be very difficult. Hot days and warm nights mean our cooling systems are put to the test. Similar issues can present at markets on hot mornings, so we may have only a few mushrooms on display, but all are for sale, all are deliciously fresh and we have coolers full of chilled produce ready for you to take home.
We have recently changed our Saturday market location to bring our gourmet produce and other products to the people of Mandurah, where we hope to attract a new customer base while we continue selling the freshest mushrooms to our amazingly loyal regular customers. We have Loyalty Cards, which provide regular discounts on fresh mushroom purchases, and we never push marketing to your email or phones.
Please remember, sales of our mushroom home grow kits, liquid and dehydrated extracts and other products remain unaffected by hot weather.

Blue Oyster
The surface of the mushroom’s cap is smooth, taut, and brittle, sometimes containing a slight depression in the center and displaying wavy edges. White Oyster

Italian (Phoenix) Oyster
Phoenix oyster mushrooms are medium to large in size with caps averaging 5-20cm. Pink Oysters
Pink Oyster mushroom has a short stem. The cap and stem grow in various attractive shades of pink. When cooked, their flavour and texture resembles much like that of ham and bacon, especially when sautéed on a pan with oil. Lion’s mane mushrooms are large, white, shaggy mushrooms that resemble a lion’s mane as they grow. Golden Oyster
