Mariah is the backbone of our farmers’ market team. As well as a full-time position during the week, Mariah works weekends at our market stalls to ensure our products are delivered to our customers fresh and ready for preparation.

Mariah has a small team of lads she has to manage, who can sometimes get the better of her because she’s a softie at heart. But when the whip cracks, the boys get on with doing their thing.

Mariah is a great customer service professional, who says “good morning” to everyone passing close to our stall. Some people have said how lovely it is just to stop, have a chat and keep browsing without feeling any pressure to buy something. Mariah’s charm and beautiful smile are often all anyone needs to know they will enjoy the rest of their day.

A perfect combination of exotic sophisticated species and expert farming technologies allowing us to try some of the finest mushrooms we have ever eaten. They showed us their grow chamber and the online system that controls the environment, just amazing. Their food at the E Shed was nothing short of delicious! The soup and tacos were obviously original recipes and the kids loved the fries and mushroom gravy. Well done to Mushroom Masters!
