She shares the workload in preparation and placement of the substrate into fruiting conditions, monitoring the systems to ensure humidity, C02 and other important conditions are optimal and then assists with the harvests. Leish has a strong work ethic that is combined with some quirky OCD practices, which means our business is solid and will be around for decades to come.

Leish also visits the mushrooms everyday and talks to them, passes on her love and admiration and makes sure they feel emotionally stable. She really is an Angel on Earth.
