Now you have your mushroom grow kit ready to produce, where do you place it?

Well that’s the easy part. You want to put it somewhere that it is in the light, but not direct sunlight. A counter top in your kitchen or a bathroom will work well, as long as there is no direct sunlight because mushrooms do not like it too bright. Despite the rumours, your mushrooms do need light to grow, unlike some others that are kept in the dark and fed…. Well you know the rest!

Do not worry about light too much, just make sure it isn’t to close to a window and everything will be okay. Any of the benches on the kitchen shown would be perfect!
