Master Miyagi’s Mushroom Salt is a blend of up to nine mushroom varieties brought together, dehydrated, blended and ground, then mixed with a small amount of WA salt to make the perfect umami (savoury) topping.
Used to flavour mashed potato, melted butter, soups, steak and a wide variety of other foods, mushroom salt is a delicious additive when you want that savoury flavour to really POP!
Master Miyagi is our own family brand manager and as you can see from his image, he takes his role very seriously. Anything we put his name and image on has to meet stringent standards, so don’t be fooled by his cute appearance, inside that mushroom lays a shrewd and sophisticated task master.
